Data Management

The Managing Director or Designated Officer will oversee all performance measurement and data collection activities. CSF will maintain a centralized data system that integrates survey results, participant data, and assessment scores using secure online tools (e.g., Google Forms, LMS analytics).

Performance data will be collected continuously and compiled monthly, reviewed internally quarterly, and summarized in reports submitted to OJJDP according to federal guidelines.

Each measure will be captured through one of the following standardized methods:

  • Participation and completion data — captured automatically via the online training platform.

  • Knowledge assessments — pre- and post-test results compiled through automated digital forms.

  • Partner and institutional adoption — tracked through signed partnership agreements, MOUs, feedback forms, and/or digital logs.

  • Implementation documentation — maintained in CSF’s secure digital project repository (Google Workspace and GitBook).

All data will be reviewed to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to OJJDP. CSF’s reporting schedule will align with OJJDP’s quarterly and final performance reporting cycles.
