The CSF Board of Directors will provide governance and oversight for all OJJDP-funded activities. The Board will identify, hire, and onboard the Managing Director (MD), ensuring alignment between project execution and CSF’s mission. Board members will contribute to the design, development, and dissemination of the training program and will ensure the project remains compliant with federal and nonprofit standards.
Primary responsibilities include:
Approving key hires and vendor contracts related to grant implementation.
Reviewing quarterly performance and financial reports.
Ensuring training deliverables are aligned with CSF’s mission and federal award conditions.
Managing Director
Full-Time Employee, Grant Funded Position
The Managing Director serves as CSF’s Designated Officer and is responsible for day-to-day operations, grant management, and program implementation. This role provides executive oversight for all OJJDP-funded activities, ensuring program integrity, compliance, and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of the OJJDP-funded training initiative.
Oversee curriculum development, data management, and reporting systems in accordance with OJJDP performance measures.
Supervise contractors, consultants, and subrecipients to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with OJJDP program officers, providing accurate and timely reports.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations related to 2 CFR 200 and CSF’s internal control policies.
Manage financial, administrative, and operational documentation related to the award.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in child welfare systems, mandated reporter training, and cross-sector collaboration.
Proven experience in regulatory compliance management and organizational governance.
Strong record of developing programs and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
Compensation:
The Managing Director is compensated within a board-approved range of $85,000–$110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and budget availability. Salary is benchmarked using BLS wage data for General and Operations Managers (SOC 11-1021) in the Oklahoma City region, ensuring compliance with federal standards for reasonable compensation.
Multimedia Designer
Contractor, Grant Funded Contract
The Multimedia Designer will develop visual and motion-based training assets, including short-form explainer videos, animations, and VFX-supported sequences. This role ensures training materials are engaging, accessible, and consistent with evidence-based multimedia learning principles.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with CSF to storyboard and produce animated training modules.
Apply motion design, sound, and editing techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention.
Deliver finalized videos optimized for online learning environments.
Work under a fixed-fee contract structure with milestone-based payments.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in multimedia or motion design (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Portfolio showing educational or training-related video work.
Ability to translate complex content into clear, visually engaging narratives.
